1. Agreement & Master Service Terms
By accessing the Ampik Digital Co. website or engaging our engineering studio for software development services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Specific client project engagements are governed by custom Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
2. 100% Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
All source code, database architectures, UI/UX designs, mobile app builds, and technical documentation developed by Ampik Digital Co. during a client engagement become 100% the property of the client upon milestone payment completion. Ampik retains zero proprietary locks or hidden licensing fees.
3. Confidentiality & Mutual Non-Disclosure
We enter into bilateral Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to reviewing proprietary technical briefs, architecture specs, or trade secrets. All client communications and project code remain strictly confidential.
