1. Fixed-Scope Milestone Billing Structure

Ampik Digital Co. operates strictly under transparent, fixed-scope milestone billing agreements. Projects are broken down into defined 2-week sprint deliverables with pre-approved technical acceptance criteria. Payment for each milestone is tied directly to verified client code delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility & Cancellation

- Pre-Kickoff Cancellation: If a client cancels a project before engineering sprint commencement, 100% of initial deposit payments will be refunded minus any incurred administrative setup fees.
- In-Progress Sprint Cancellation: If work is cancelled mid-sprint, billing is prorated based on completed technical deliverables. Remaining unearned retainer funds are returned immediately.

3. 90-Day Post-Launch Code Warranty

All production software shipped by Ampik is backed by a comprehensive 90-day technical warranty. Any bugs, crashes, or specification deviations identified within 90 days of production release will be corrected free of charge with zero additional billing.
